Our surf lessons are the heart of Dr. Surf — designed and tailored for complete beginners through to intermediate surfers who want to level up their technique. Every session is 2 hours – 30 minutes explanation and 1 hour and a half in the water- with a certified instructor by your side the entire time.

Guided Surf Trips
Take your surfing beyond Tamarindo. We run guided surf trips to the best surf spots in Costa Rica — Roca Bruja, Pavones, Marbella, Playa Hermosa, Jaco, and Península de Osa — and across Central America, exploring the best breaks in Nicaragua, El Salvador, and Panama. Each trip is fully organized by our local team so you can focus on surfing and exploring.
